Yummy Breakfast!

This is what I eat pretty much every morning. It's nutritious and really delicious ... and it will hold you for a while until luch time.  Enjoy!

* papaya
* carrots
* banana
* apple
* flax seed
* corn flakes (without sugar) OR oatmeal
* honey
* soy milk OR regular milk
